Marc Devisse started Tri-Town Construction in Fort Myers in 2006 — at 22 years old. Two decades later, Tri-Town is a $20M+ Florida general contractor that has built and remodeled across Lee and Collier counties.
Along the way, Marc kept hearing the same complaint from customers: their last roof job had gone badly. Wrong material, voided warranty, vanished contractor, denied insurance claim. So he spun up a roofing-only division — and then, in May 2025, formed Freedom Roofing Group as the multi-state vehicle to take the playbook national.
Bert Hess came on as CEO to drive that expansion. Florida is home base. Missouri came online in 2025 out of Chesterfield. South Carolina followed out of the Charleston metro. The mission across all three states is the same: do one thing — roofs — and do it with crews we employ, not subcontract.
